This is a perfect illustration of what goes through the mind of most girls now a days,

  Due to the influence of the media, friends, and family, they become prone to trying to alter their look just to be accepted. Girls look in the mirror and believe they’re too fat even though they just look fine in another’s eyes. It’s because their minds have been tampered with by their family members. For example; Oh your legs are too big, you need to lose weight to look sexy in that dress. Even the slightest remarks about weight when it comes to girls can alter their way of thinking. Once they hear that they’re too fat, they’ll start to believe it. Another big factor that leads to girls wanting to change their bodily figure is the influence of media. Most commercials/shows/movies you see beautiful looking ladies with nice bodies. And as always, they seem to be the ones who have the attention of the other guys. It really brain washes a girl for they want to become like her and since they’re not satisfied with their body they do whatever it takes to change that. Although I’m not a girl, I have plenty of friends who go through this phase. But I try to change that by showing them their inner beauty. Although it’s harder than it sounds, sometimes just by giving them your attention can really change everything. For they probably wanted to change their looks because no one really gave them attention, and by investing time and effort to show them their true beauty can really make a huge impact.
